Loved by pet owners worldwide, Thrive is available in over 20 countries, including veterinary surgeries, supermarkets, and pet shops.
We designed and developed a new website, upgrading to the Magento 2 eCommerce platform for improved performance and scalability. The site was given a fresh, modern style while ensuring all existing product data was seamlessly migrated. To enhance customer engagement and retention, we built a bespoke subscription and referral system using custom plug-ins, driving loyalty and repeat purchases. Additionally, we developed a multilingual site with geo-location integration, allowing for a tailored shopping experience. Payment processing was optimized using the Dominate Payment system, and logistics were streamlined through a direct DHL integration for efficient order fulfillment. To support promotions, we also designed website banners and marketing materials.
