When long-standing client Alexander Philips estate agents partnered with Worthing-based property experts W Welch, they needed a new identity to represent their joint property sales division. The goal was to create a fresh brand presence that reflected the partnership while retaining the recognisable essence of the original AP brand.
We developed a new logo for Alexander Philips and Welch, evolving the existing AP identity to seamlessly incorporate the Welch name. This new branding formed the foundation for a cohesive visual identity, applied across all business assets including stationery, email signatures, and bold new property boards. To support the launch, we also designed and built a bespoke new website dedicated to the sales division. Built in WordPress, the site was linked to the AP lettings site for a connected user experience, ensuring a seamless journey across both sales and lettings services.
The new Alexander Philips and Welch brand launched with a confident, professional identity that builds on the trust of two established names in the Sussex property market. The website clearly showcases their property listings and services, while the branding works consistently across print and digital touchpoints – positioning the new partnership for a strong future in the property sales space.
