Arch Nail Studio approached us for support in launching this new business, after recognising a demand for high-end luxury nail treatments. Arch aimed to establish itself as a premium brand, offering luxury nail care services, aimed to improve natural nail health, using industry leading products and techniques to create beautiful nails. The brief was to create a brand identity that exuded luxury and sophistication, and to build an online presence with integrated booking facility.
We partnered with Arch to bring this vision to life, creating a logo and brand style, and developing a bespoke website solution. Understanding the importance of a strong brand identity in the luxury market, we crafted a logo and visual identity that epitomised elegance and refinement, setting Arch apart as a distinguished provider of luxury nail services.
We designed and built a bespoke website, incorporating a fully customised booking system. The system enabled clients to conveniently book and pay for appointments online, streamlining the booking process and enhancing the overall customer experience. Additionally, we developed the system to include a client consultation feature, allowing for the storage and updating of client information and preferences, ensuring personalised service with each visit.
Post-launch, we continued to support Arch Nail Studio by providing content writing services for blog posts and managing any site updates. This ongoing support ensures that Arch remained at the forefront of its industry, engaging with clients through informative and relevant content while maintaining the functionality and relevance of its website.
