Brighton Open Air Theatre (BOAT) is a 400-seat outdoor venue nestled in Dyke Road Park, Brighton. The theatre was the brainchild of the late Adrian Bunting, a beloved local playwright and performer, and has grown into a thriving space for theatre, music, comedy, dance, opera, circus, and family shows. As a registered charity run entirely by volunteers, BOAT is dedicated to providing outstanding entertainment and a platform for artists from all backgrounds.
Our goal was to design and develop a future-proof website that could be easily managed in-house, featuring an integrated season events brochure and seamless online booking facility. With a tight budget, we embraced the opportunity to support this community-driven initiative, creating a site that showcases the venue, clearly promotes events, and streamlines ticket purchasing, supported by SEO strategy to accelerate sales and maximise charitable donations.
