Kraken, an independent travel operator specialising in bespoke nautical adventures, approached us to design and develop a luxurious, photography-driven website that would showcase their unique sailing experiences.
Our goal was to create an immersive digital platform that highlighted their exclusive offerings, such as private yacht charters and tailored nautical journeys. We focused on high-end imagery to reflect the premium nature of the business while ensuring a seamless user experience with an easy-to-navigate layout. Additionally, we built a bespoke online booking system integrated with CRM for customer management, providing Kraken with the tools to track activity, analyse insights, and process bookings and payments efficiently.
The new website successfully positioned Kraken as a premium provider of bespoke nautical experiences, attracting a global clientele. The high-end, visually appealing design enhanced customer engagement, leading to an increase in online bookings.
