Petributes, founded in 1994 at a time when pet crematoria, was a relatively new concept in the UK. A bespoke service, providing quality products with personalised creativity, to cherish and preserve the wonderful memories of family pets. Having worked with pet funeral providers for a quarter of a century, the dream was to launch an online shop to extend this service direct to the public, with emphasis on exceptional customer care.
We came to the rescue after two previous site failures and worked to produce four sites, to promote both Petributes and People Tributes across the UK and America. Existing branding supported this project, to remain familiar to the existing client base. A bespoke website was created with custom product design tool and pricing system, fully integrated with Sage. We developed sites that would work seamlessly with the companies’ regular processes, giving the ability to manage trade customer account codes and product restrictions internally, with ease. SEO support was provided to build an online presence and attract new business. We progressed to phase two by by integrating the sites with Microsoft Business Central.
