Solution

We created a logo and brand style, using a natural palette and custom typography, with graphics inspired by the beautiful rolling hills that surround the estate. To complement the new branding, we designed and built a fully bespoke website, incorporating a custom-made integrated booking facility to streamline the booking process for both guests and the owners. The website’s look, feel, and functionality were meticulously crafted to reflect the high-end nature of the property, providing a flawless browsing experience.

We developed a solution to facilitate all aspects of booking and business management, including accepting deposits, prompting for balance payments, automated emails and syncing with other booking sites. A customer login portal was created to allow guests to manage their bookings, add requests, and update room configurations and guest details, For the owners, we created a dedicated login where they could easily access bookings, update the availability calendar, and track financials, providing them with valuable insights and control over their property.

Once launched, we implemented an ongoing monthly retainer to fully manage Ridgeview’s social media accounts, creating engaging content, building followers, and fostering engagement to enhance brand visibility and attract direct bookings.
