Small Batch Coffee is a renowned Brighton-based coffee roastery with multiple locations across the city and a strong presence in the wholesale market. Passionate about responsibly sourcing coffee from over 20 countries across four continents, they specialise in personalised roasts and blends, offering equipment, training, and consultancy to businesses.
For this web development project, we worked with existing designs to build a bespoke Magento e-commerce platform, enhancing both functionality and user experience. We developed a custom coffee subscription system, allowing customers to easily sign up for recurring deliveries, improving engagement and customer retention. A new trade ordering system was also introduced, streamlining the wholesale purchasing process for business clients. To ensure a seamless shopping experience, we integrated shipping solutions and PayPal, making transactions effortless for customers. As part of the project, we also set up all products and pricing structures before delivering comprehensive training to the Small Batch team, empowering them to efficiently manage and update the site.
