We started working with Trigger several years ago when we first updated our website. Following our initial meeting I was really impressed by not only their knowledge but their ideas and the fact they did not shy away from making bold suggestions which would improve our ideas. We have continued to work with them over the years for ‘minor’ jobs like creating email addresses, tackling IT issues we have and promotional activities.
Recently though, we have launched a new business which involved not only new branding, marketing (immediate and future planning) and a new website but also online enquiry forms and responsive portals for us to contact clients. Their ideas and execution has been brilliant. Now as the business has been launched the continued support as we adapt and grow is very much appreciated. Not only have they been quick to respond to any real time changes we want to make (so not to impact sales) but they are always looking at the future and how the business is going to grow in the next 6,12, 18 months.
I am so glad I decided to work with Trigger all those years ago and will continue to do so for many more.
