The Bull Ditchling, multi award winning, independently owned free house, with luxury boutique bedrooms, cooking quality fresh food, sourced from Sussex suppliers and a locally curated drinks list. A great opportunity to work together, with a team whose passion for the hospitality industry was infectious, a very special place to be, this long-term relationship affirmed our love of exactly what a great British pub should be.
As influential leaders in their field, we showcased and developed a strong brand, consistently evolving, alongside a modern, progressive website. Building a targeted online presence was pivotal for our clients, utilising all opportunities to enhance customer experience, with a user-friendly website. We collaborated on all marketing strategies, leading innovative advertising and charity campaigns, alongside a diverse portfolio of design, including menus, stationary and developing a branded clothing and gifting range.
An interactive, easy to update site was needed, to compliment the integrated booking systems, online store and takeaway service. The biggest focus always remained on being present, with regular email and social media communication, whilst rewarding loyalty and building great relationships, with an approach that remained fluid and current in a competitive market.
