Porthaven is a small, independent care home company dedicated to building and operating market-leading care homes with professionalism, integrity, and genuine care. Their award-winning homes provide an exceptional standard of living, where high-quality care is complemented by thoughtfully designed environments. With seventeen homes already established and more on the horizon, Porthaven continues to set the standard in the care sector.
We were tasked with revitalising Porthaven’s existing website, making strategic design enhancements to refine visual appeal and user experience across this multi-site project. Our approach ensured all improvements were carefully staged, reviewed, and approved before deployment. Additionally, we collaborated with Porthaven’s internal marketing team and an external SEO agency to implement targeted SEO strategies and analytics, driving increased traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
